NPE in Run14 Au+Au 200 GeV Meeting Minutes by Zhenyu - 2016/9/20

1) NPE updates by Kunsu
slide 5: the discrepancy could be due to the assumed PHE efficiency of 0.5 is too large. In Shenghui's Run14 no-HFT study, she got 0.1-0.3 for 1.5<pT<4 GeV/c
slide 6: the level of data-Hijing agreement shown in the figure on the left is worse than what Kunsu showed at the collaboration meeting. Possible reasons could be due to 1) different pT range 2) including too much direct photon
slide 9: no obvious reason for this 10 micron shift

obtained B->e fraction from MB and HT data as well, using TMinuit to fit data to tempaltes.
