2010.04.09 BFC and Pythia QA: 10% gain shift

Pythia prompt photon Monte-Carlo (partonic pt bins are combined without weights)

Common event cuts:
reconstruct at least one gamma candidate, |v_z| <120, !=0 l2e-gamma-trigger=fired
