STAR RD and upgrades for 2014

 Three upgrades are being prepared for run-15. namely a peshower, refurbishing of FMS, and the RP-II*

• Preshower proposal (word) 
• FMS upgrade plan document
  • Upgrade status as of Feb 13 (powerpoint)

In addition STAR made a call for R&D with deadline on December 15. The documents received are:

• iTPC electronics by Tonko  document
• Reaction Plane Detector by Alex Schmah document
  
• Forward Tracking R&R document
• eTOF proposal document
• Upgrade for TDC in QT cards document
