Run 2009 pp 200GeV data production issue

Stream data ~98% of time using for DB data reading if running alone (St_db_Maker & StBTofMatchMaker) Average Real time per event in this case up to ~100 times larger than CPU while for physics data it's only several percent (<10%) higher. DB load in case of stream data running is huge which causes failed connection and delay in processing. We are running now stream & physics data mixed. It reduce DB load time for stream data by factor ~10 but increased for st-physics by several times.
The rest of other strean data (st_gamma) and st_physics from first priority list of run numbers will be done in ~10 days.
pp2pp data will be done tomorrow.
