Followups with Improved Geometry/Sti

 - I would like to still have a quantitative understanding of the remaining q/pT shift and make sure it has no large impact for HFT tracking. This can be checked with a narrow Vz production (maybe Jason will do that), but the DCA figures need to plotted in a smaller scale to see whether the shift is within a couple of hundred microns. To further nail this down, we may try to run the test with each individual detector included separately once confirmed on the latest software. Nasim (UCLA) started to help on this.

 
- We should also re-evaluate the HFT tracking efficiency with the latest software. Michael has started on this with help of Yifei who has all the relavant analysis software. Geant simulation part is done since the GEANT geometry is fixed already a few weeks ago. He should run the production with the latest software and so on. It will be great also someone else can do also independently as well.
 
- We may also want to run the similar simulation QA with different layers of HFT included in tracking to have some further understanding layer-by-layer whether the performance is under control. It may require some modification to the QA analysis macro. I can start on this using Michael's simulation sample.
 
- There are a few remaining issues regarding the StiXXX geometries
      - mis-placement of inactive geometries for real data production
      - ladder volume split for StiIst (StiPxl is done. Hao has one version for the old StiIst, but need to integrated together with the final StiIst)
      - anything else?
