Below are some plots that show indivdual tower fits for both the barrel and the endcap.  For the barrel my fit range for the slope is from 5 sigma above pedestal to 50 counts above that.  For the endcap I kept the fit range that Jason had originally - from 25 counts to 75 counts above pedestal.  These should probably be made consistent, which is an easy change to implement.

The fits for b/eemc show the first ten towers at the nominal timing point for each calorimeter.
