Some bins are not shown on the plot like for example 1st and 4th bin in A10 on left figure below because they are above the scale. In most cases they are "almost" consistent with zero with large error bars (see right figure below, that presents the same data as on left figure but the y-axis is rescaled to show all bins together with their error bars).
