The goal of this study is to confront results from EMCIC fit and Tsallis distribution to spectra obtained from event generator where we know all parameters like total multiplicity, energy, temperature parameter etc.

As shown in presentation attached to this page q-stat fit seems to be just a crude way of accounting for phase-space restrictions due to energy and momentum conservations.
