When considering the modification of the current online PPlots we have the following goals:

1) First, we focus on the plots that shift workers need to properly perform QA. We want to keep this as brief as possible so as not drown the shift workers in plots they don't need. Separating the BEMC and EEMC plots into a shift and expert level should aid all STAR collaborators in finding the appropriate plots in QA. 

2) Next we turn to plots for experts. We hope to trim down these plots but at the same time we want to keep/increase the diagnostic power that we currently have. We want to increase the efficiency of these plots.
