Test trigger emulation on run 7098001

• Process run 7098001
• Preselect trigger IDs 127611 and 127641 (bemc and eemc l2gamma)
• Entry made in 2D histogram for every trigger ID seen
• Entry made each time a given trigger emulator returns "true" (kYes or kDontCare)

Table 1 --  Online ID vs trigger emulator decision.  First column lists every trigger ID encountered during program execution.  Second column tabulates the number of times the trigger ID was encountered.  Third column shows the number of times that the BBC simulator resulted in a valid (kYes||kDontCare) trigger decision for that trigger ID.  Third (fourth) column displays the number of times the EEMC (BEMC) L0 simulator delivered an appropriate response.  And the last column indicates the number of times that the L2 trigger code reached a correct (kYes||kDontCare) trigger decision.
