Using some 2008 FastOffline data (production_dAu2008), approximately 420k events, I produced looked for the mip peak in each eta ring. The spectra clean up nicely with the correct pedestals. Below you can see the location of the peak in pedestal subtracted ADCs for each eta ring. The red points are for 2008, and the black points are for 2006.

The fits for each ring for 2008 are posted in the attached pdf 2008mipring2.pdf and the spectra for 2006 are in 2006mipring.pdf.
