Attached are extensive mapping files for the BSMD and BPRS. These maps were generated for 2008-03-04 10:30:54, which is the beginning of run 9064017. Also attached are the macros used to generate the maps. prspmt.C generates the BPRS mapping, and smdmap.C generates the SMD mappings. bsmde_v.txt and bsmde_p.txt have the high voltages for every channel, which are set by module and all are the same.

For psd_HV_mse.txt, the header is:

SoftID  m       e       s         HV    PS      PSm     PSch

So the last columns give the Power Supply Number, Module and Channel
Values are given for all 4800 SoftIDs.
