Single-particle plots made using the new pixel fast simulator

Attached are pdf files giving efficiencies for all three inner silicon detectors vs. various variables as well as distributions of those variables for all IST and PXL hits, IST and PXL hits that were added to tracks, and IST and PXL hits that were not added to tracks.  These plots were created using my StTupAnaMaker TTrees by associating reconstructed and MC hits using the key variable: the code is available in offline/TUP/StRoot/StTupAnaMaker.  Note that all Pxl variables used in the trees are labeled as Hft variables as I have not yet gotten around to changing the code  to reflect the new nomenclature.  The variables mcGx, mcGy, mcGz are the position of the MC hit, and the variables mcRx, mcRy, and mcRz are the position of the reconstructed hit.  The variables nGeantTpc, etc., are the number of hits in each detector in the MC track that the MC hit comes from.
