The variables marked with "map" as a suffix are the cell designations determined from mapping runs.  The other variables are the cell designations determined by calculation.  The alternating coloring scheme is to make the mismatches easier to view and does not have any meaning.   Data from jgma called "Summary of runs taken for the FMS test" posted on 07-21-2010 drupal.star.bnl.gov/STAR/blog/jgma/2010/jul/21/summary-runs-taken-fms-test were used to make this spreadsheet.  Data from "Summary of runs taken for the FMS test" was also used to produce a .pdf file documenting the calculated card and channel of all the runs STAR/files/userfiles/2958/file/CardChannel.pdf (channel is in red and card is in blue in this document). I marked nstb1row28col6 with an asterisk because it was the only one that produced a graph that looked reasonable and is probably mapped incorrectly.  All other cells are possibly dead or have something wrong with them.

Most likely dead cells

2 31 0 7007 0 13 2 31 0 7007 0 0

The cells in the above table provided little or bad information and are most likely dead or bad cells. All had low ADC counts.

Most likely incorrectly mapped cell

nstbmap rowmap colmap id1map id3map id4map nstb row col id1 id3 id4
1 28 6 7006 8 14 1 28 6 7006 8 15

The above cell is the only one that provided a significant amount of good data (around half a million ADC counts).  The most likely reason for the discrepancy is incorrect mapping.
