Attached are the raw BTOW ADC spectra for runs 14139062 and 14161013, per Oleg's request. 
Note that a lot of towers are marked with status 18 (cold).  This is just due to limited statistics; they are not necessarily actually cold towers.

I have added pdfs of the ADC spectra for fills 17526 (R14139058-R14140008), 17600 (R14158038-R14160033), and 17601 (R14160037-R14161020). 

I see that in fill 17600 an anomalous peak appears around ADC~60 (in some towers around ADC~40).  These counts seem to come from a small handful of runs in this very long fill.  I am working on checking those runs systematically, but at first glance it looks like they all have entries in the shift log indicating anomalous detector behavior (runaway FMS rates, TOF failures, EMC noise), and that they were marked as 'junk' by either the RTS operator or the shift leader.
