Today I rewrote the cluster writing program, mostly using existing chunks of code from the last cluster maker, but with significantly improved organization. The logic is also much more straightforward, which makes later cluster analysis far easier (actually it was required, which is why the program was rewritten). 

    I'm beginning to try and dig out the Lorentz information for each cluster, but the Pt components are not the same as if I just add the Pt components of each particle contained within the cluster. I'm trying to find out why.
