Finally, with a newly re-written clustering program, I obtained the first invariant mass values. The particular jet I was looking at only contained 17 'particles' -- two of which were charged -- so the number of cluster combinations (each giving one mass measurement) in the histogram was virtually meaningless. Monday I'll begin re-learning how to loop over multiple jets and events to get a meaningful, much more heavily populated histogram.
