Extract pi0-charged pion pairs and pi+/pi- pairs with cone cut of 1.0 (12 hits)

Pi0 Cuts:

Max Asymmetry 0.7

0 < Mass < 0.3

Track cuts:

pt > 1.0

The code might still have some side effects that I need to understand (mixing, treatment of jets)
