Attached is the clusters.txt with a new clustering algo (StFgtSeededClusterAlgo)

What I do is the following:

Run over all strips, find seeds. Changed the remove fkt in the strip collection so that the seeds +- 5 strips are kept.

The clustering algo is now starting from the seed and goes to both sides. The neighbouring strip is included if

-The charge of the strip is > 2 sigma

-The charge of the strip is not more than 2 sigma greater than the last strip

-The cluster is not greater than 5 strips on each side of the seed strip

Looking at the clusters.txt I think that clusters with 3 high strips as seeds look promising.

The new cluster algo is a start but the approach is more powerful than the old, so this is good.
