new format, dead strip masking enabled, dead strip jumping enabled

first 300 evts

second file is only for R strips for the first 1k (w/o first 200) events.

Note that strips can be shared between clusters if they have seed close to each other and each seed is a local maximum.

That is not indicated extra, rather implied....
