So, the bulk of my work was inserting the C Macro CMeansFinder.C into the runGammaTreeReader.C program. My code can be found at ~bbarber/work/07-24-2009-Run-Comparison/submit-mchist/. The big new file is CMeansFinder.C, but running from that folder will make sure all the runGammaTreeReader.C files are present. At the moment, I'm testing a version of the GammaTreeReader that filters out low energy events, under the assumption that they might just be background noise in the SMD.
