The StGammaMaker in dev was over the 2009 200 GeV quality analysis production.  Each event required at least one 3x3 tower cluster with a 4 GeV seed and 6 GeV total Et, and a reconstructed primary vertex.  Cone refers to towers and tracks within a eta-phi cone of 0.7 of the cluster.
