The following is the double helicity asymmetry for the background extraction of the direct photon analysis.  This is the raw extraction asymmetry -- no attempt is made to deconvolve.  This background is dominated by hadrons, mostly neutral pions, and LO jet asymmetries (ripped from images in old presentations) are included for reference.
