By request I have rerun the data analsis again to catch additonal MuDSTs / runs.  This pass got 351 of the previous 751 runs that were missing or have bad patterns. I've attached Updated lists of total / completed / missing files. A copy of these lists can be found at:

Again I'll summarize findings here for bad runs/fills

R161138001 -> Weird pattern, skipped
F18664 -> Nearly flat distribution (no abort gaps), skipped
F18689 -> Only 2 good runs, no comparision points for spinQA, skipped

F18709, F18710, F18731 -> no CDEV Record, skipped

Also note to myself if it comes up in the future, F19182-F19184 had no new spin pattern uploaded after the 240 0 -> 0 240 conversion. Reuploaded with 0 240 v124.
