GraphsCells : each slide is an individual cell with crate,card,channel in title
    First number is minimum ADC Threshold
    Second number is minimum number of entries in the histogram

GraphsPhi: each slide is a given phi bin (divided into 16 segments) of large cells. Eta is between 2.8 and 3.2
    First number is adc threshold
    Second number is minimum number of entries in the histogram
    Third number is the maximum number of entries that one cell can provide (to see if the distribution is being completely dominated by one hyperactive cell).
