This figure shows the FCal installation on the East platform for run17. It shows 324 small "pixels" (3.3cm^2) in the center and 72 large (10cm^2) cells surrounding them. The small pixels constitute an excellent electromagnetic calorimeter, with the pixels approximately the size of the Molliere radius. The large cells are unchanged from their E864 incarnation and provide excellent hadronic response. The large cells also provide excellent electromagnetic response but their size limits the pi0 reconstruction energy just because of decay photon overlap.
