This blog will have some links I want to keep track of and perhaps revisit.
Links:
- Root TTree Reference
- .root Files Reference
- https://github.com/ericmetodiev/OmniFold omnifold code on Github
- https://zenodo.org/record/3548091#.Yqo1dezMJhE data used on Omnifold paper
Today, I started reading a paper on OmniFold. This is a method to unfold collider data using machine learning and many different input variables.

I really have no clue what is going on here. I get the general idea, but once the process is explained I get completely lost.
Simulation problems solved!
Run the source script from the README every time you log into rcas
tmux can help, it will save the session
Will keep on running simulations from the README and seeing what I can understand from the data produced.
I will need to find somewhere that explains all the abbreviations of the files created in the root tree.
