STAR 2013 W AL Papper Proposal / Draft

Introduction : 

The prposed paper for STAR W AL will be "THE summary paper of STAR W AL measurements" measurement made using the data collected from Run 2011 to Run 2013, pp running with total integrated luminosity of 9+77+256=342 Pb^-1. We plan  to combine STAR 2013 Final W AL results ( 4 bins in mid rapidity and 2 bins in foward endcap region) with STAR 2011+2012 publised W AL results in the same rapidity region. We will not analyze publised results again but rather simply combined publised AL values with new 2013 final AL values. For the paper we propose following figures listed below. The combine figures from 11+12+13 will be obtain simply adding the histograms.
