Run 13 W Analysis : Final Results : Theory Curves

Notes:
1 . First you need CERN libraries (STAR has it installed) if you are running in your local computer.
2 . You may also need to install "gfortran" in order to compile those libraries (at least I had to, If you have Xcode installed then you should be fine. But you should have the Xcode developer tools as well before installing "gfortran")
3 . Compile the library using "make" and see if you get any errors.

* Do we need special cross section grid files for DSSV14 to run on RHICBOS ?

1) Do we need a NNPDF reweighting curve using 2013 data ? (There are certain concerns on the results shown at "arXiv:1702.05077v1" by E. R. Nocera using NNPDF reweighting procedure (Ref.1 , Ref.2 )
