Empty bXings --> Clean up and spinbit equalization
The fill dependence pdf files reveal some bunches that are empty according to scalers, but filled according to CDEV;
these bunches were flagged and omitted from analysis. Click here for details
"spinbit equalized" plots show the result of randomly removing the minimum number of bunches such that there are
equal number of ++, +-, -+, -- bunches considered for analysis; spinbit equalization is not necessary for asymmetry
analysis, but it was originally done to look for any 'hidden' pathologies in the relative luminosity analysis
