Attached is a pdf that includes those sections of the Policies for the Publication and Presentation of STAR Results in which we propose changes.  The full "Policies" document can be found here:

The modifications seen in the pdf (in red) are suggested to provide a clear interpretation for such words as "agree" or "agreed" and "approve" and "approved" so that the minimum criteria to establish such agreement or approval is clear and applied uniformly.

The section numbers in the pdf correspond to those in the full "Policies" referenced above.
