Members of the STAR Council,

The attached modified bylaws have been drafted to address the proposal to have the “Spokesperson" be either a single individual or a team to two STAR collaborators.  The changes made are these:

• Every reference to the "spokesperson" has been changed to "spokesperson(s)".  
  
• The other modifications are shown in RED text.
