Below are the pTtrk distributions from embedding (Pythia6), data, and Pythia8. The simulations, embedding and Pythia8, are at the detector-level. The Pythia8 detector-level was created using the parameterization of the Run 9 response.
This is good. The embedding does a very good job of describing the data, and Pythia8 does an okay job.
