Here is the Run 9 tracking efficiency (using our usual QA cuts) for all charged hadrons with different binning schemes; one uses really, really tiny bins, and the other uses variable bin sizes.

Since we'll only be considering situations with pTtrk > 0.2 GeV/c, the huge jump between pTtrk = 0.1 and 0.2 GeV/c is okay.
