Update 07.09.2018 -- Run 9 embedding: response matrix before vs. after correcting reconstruction efficiency

Just to get an idea of how big the corrections are in the response matrix, I've compared the response matrix after fixing the reconstruction efficiency (which can be found in the 1st link) to the response matrix I showed at the User's Meeting (which can be found in the 2nd link).

To mitigate some statistical fluctuations, here's the comparison with variable binning:

So the biggest difference is the band at 'pTmatched ~ 0' which isn't in the new matrix.  There's one bin in the new response matrix which appears to be ~350% greater than the old one, and a couple others with a >100% change.  Other than those, all changes are between 0 and 50%.
