Update 08.14.2018 - Run 9 embedding: varying tracking efficiency, jet matching efficiency (TEST)

Following up on yesterday's test of adjusting the tracking efficiency:

I implemented the scheme described in the above post into my jet finding code.  This is how varying the tracking efficiency impacts the jet matching efficiency:

The leftmost point of the -5% distribution is due to the way I binned the distributions.  Aside from that, this is all as expected: there are small differences from the baseline, but both are consistent.  For posterity, I used events in the RFF configuration of the Run9 dijet embedding sample with 'pTparton = 25' GeV/c and 'eTtrg = (9, 20)' GeV, '|etaTrg| < 0.9', and '|Vz| < 55' cm.
