Check of Short distortion correction for 2017 data

 Hello, 
I have check the last produced log-files and MySQL
The claim is that OShortR chain option is always “in” 
but in DataBase for 2017 short at ring 85 has been removed and 
after 2017-04-13 was introduced new short at ring 9.5.
  The check has confirmed that we are using RIGHT short ring correction.
