Effect of pad row 40 correction

The hit distribution in TPC local sector coordinate system for the central laser track in sector 20
with pad row correction 13 (old) and pad correction 40 (new) for run 19169021.
1. There is an misalignment between Inner (iTPC) and Outer sectors.
2. Something wrong with pad row 40 correction (Check Wall Voltage).
