eTOF data run 20344007 - 20334021
Runs 20334007, 008 and 013-021 combined give roughly 1.2M events with ETOF included.
Attached below are a few plots after basic position and T0 calibration and some thoughts:
The ratio of matches / hits is on the order of 20 to 25% (more or less constant over all counters) maybe due to the large fraction of background events (beam pipe collisions or beam-beam collisions with vertex outside the STAR TPC, etc.?) in the those runs. That could maybe also explain the bands with 3 different slopes in the eTOF-bTOF hit correlation plot.
The ratio of matches / intersections is on 65-70% level, including track intersection to modules that were switched off ...
The digi to hit ratio is ~ 3.2, due to (1) clustering of hits and (2) digis in the "dead" time that are ignored during hit building.
The number of hits per module in central events ( bTOF multiplicity > 700 ) seems to rather uniform over all sectors / modules (except the ones masked out at some point during the runs) with an average value of 6-7.
In most sectors module 1 has the most hits, module 3 the least (this is expected from the fact that module 1 covers slightly more phase space as it is at largest eta, while module 3 is furthest away from the beam pipe and covers less acceptance in eta-phi).
