Version 1.0 is the initial version distributed to the Spin PWG.

Version 1.1 includes many of the changes requested during the Spin PWG review period.

Version 2.0 is the first version that includes changes requested by the GPC.

Version 3.0 is the first version with the new DSSV fit.

Version 3.1 contains a number of minor revisions relative to v3.0.  It might become the collaboration release version.

Version 3.2 contains a few additional minor revisions relative to v3.1.  It also contains the current versions of the STAR author list and acknowledgments paragraph.  This is the collaboration release version.

Version 4.0 contains revisions to address the collaboration comments from UCLA, Indiana, Purdue, and Shandong.

Version 4.1 includes revisions to address Norbert's suggestions.
