I have plotted the inner and outsector z postion vs padrow using pulser data.  You can see these plots at the attached files.  One can see that I plotted the observered zhits and also did a profile of the data. I plan on redo these plots but only considering hits at 100+-20 for the west and -100+-20 for the east. Then I will apply a gaussian fit for each padrow.

Some of my observations that I find peculiar:

WEST:

      Sector 5 and 9 have a strange band. Also, several sectors have missing sections of data. This can be seen clearly in sector 4, 5, 6, and 11. (ie Sector 6 is missing data in padrow 30-37).

EAST:

       Sector 23 has a strange band at -200 for the padrows 1-13.
