Relevant observations that have inspired this:

• The SpaceCharge and GridLeak luminosity offsets (SO and GLO respectively) show clear separation, with GLO values lower than SO
• In the UU data, it appears that the GL values and the separation of GLO from SO show some luminosity dependence (observation needs to be firmed up)

So the question is, does GridLeak scaling with luminosity change with luminosity?
