Other notes:

• R = V/I seems reasonably constant (measurements aren't at exactly the same time, so there's some fluctuation, but not on the scale of these excursions), so...
  • ...this is not a problem in the Keithley, reading out the currents.
  • ...the current is being lost further up the resistor chain.
• No issues observed in OFC east nor west, nor in the cathode readings.
