Synopsis:

As a result of an error in a few entries of a header file a few wrong constants affected the calculation of some of the statistical uncertainties of the Upsilon nuclear modification factor RdA in d+Au, as listed in Table 3. These uncertainties also appear in three other places in the text, as well as in Figs. 3b, 5a, and 5c. In all cases the corrected statistical uncertainties are smaller than those quoted in the original publication. The uncertainties of the RAA in Au+Au collisions are not affected, neither is the physics conclusion of the paper.

The error was discovered by the PAs while they prepared the data tables for the STAR drupal pages, and independently discovered by Phillipe Rosnet (Université Blaise Pascal).
