The results from iteration1 have been analyzed.

The correction file to be used for the next voltage settings ( iteration2) will be FmsCorr.txt .
Corrections for the south large FMS are included but not too useful until we get data with all high voltages turned on again.
 
We will not include Carl's gain goals at this time. Perhaps on the next iteration with meaningful corrections for all large cells, we will try to change the gain goals for large cells.
