Experiment/CH/Online enclave network reshape

Presented at the last collaboration meeting, here are the network diagrams before/after
Before i.e. now
After (phase 1, after Tuesday August 1st) - essentially the STAR CH moves to a newly installed FW, severe the cross-connection to the RACF and (not represented on the diagram) upgrade its internal speed to 10 Gb (we have a few core switches with 1 Gb connection with 10 Gb uplink - full 10 Gb seek). The CH/DAQ connection to the HPSS network (reserved) is NOT affected by this upgrade.
