Institution disk space reduction is defined and described in PSN0611 : committee Report on RCF User Disk Space Distribution. This is the second installement of reduction. Due to QM 2017, institution disk space holders (as documented on this link) were asked if a grace period was required. Best efforts was done to outreach the instituion which did not indicate a Point Of Contact for space management.

Status as per 2017/01/20 - the institution providing no answer will equate to a reduction as planned with no additional action.
