The event QA of the run 12 200 GeV data set is complete. See the attachments to get the full story of the bad runs, along with the plots. The Run12_EventQA_Notes.pdf outlines the trouble with each run, so that won't be in the body of this post. The QA resulted in 573 good runs that will be looked at again when doing QA on the jet trees. The goodRunList_final.txt file below outlines all of those runs. The bad runs (325 in total) are given in badRunList_final.txt below also.

The triggers examined in this QA are:
370021 && 370022: BBCMB
370011: VPDMB-nobsmd
370601: JP0
370611: JP1
370621: JP2
370641: AJP

All of the plots are shown below after each pass of QA:
Before QA plots: These are the original, untouched plots with all 898 runs included.

After Pass 1 Plots: After the first set of runs I attached a copy of what the plots looked like, and the similarly for each subsequent pass.
Final QA Plots: These are the spectra after all runs have been removed (573 in total runs that were remaining).

The numbered lists go with the QA plots:
goodNumberedList_original: This is the list that goes with the before QA plots and was used for pass 1.
goodNumberedList_pass1: These are the runs that made it through the pass 1 cuts, and was used as the numbered list for pass2.
This trend continues and goodNumberedList_pass5.txt is the final good numbered list. These runs correspond to the "run index" for each of the 578 good runs that are in the final plots.
