Added below are plots comparing the EEMC E_T using two different gains:

1.) 2008 gains which were uploaded by Justin for database initialization before run12
2.) 2009 gains which were uploaded by Ting and were calculated from p+p MIP analysis

The comparison using the 2009 gains is clearly better, but only slightly. It would be best to have the updated 2012 gains for use in the analysis.
