Deactivation of Run12 bemcTiggerLUT

 In preparation of updates to the bemcTriggerLUT files which will be necessary for the run12 pp200 and pp500 embedding jets and production, respectively, the old bemcTriggerLUT database entries will be deactivated so they're no longer picked up as good.

It was found that the trigger pedestals were wrongly calculated during run12 running. To fix it, the pedestals are empirically determined from the data and then the results are uploaded to the database for the bemcTriggerLUT table (FormulaParameter1 variable).

During the update process, three tables were created in the databse for testing to be sure the code was correctly working (note they were never used for production, and thus should be removed rather than deactivated). These three should also be removed.
